Ingredients
- 16 cuttery crackers (as Ritz), crushed (about 3/4 cup) (I used Club crackers instead)
- 6 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (I used 2%)
- 1 clove garlic, pressed wtih garlic press
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breats
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, combine the crackers, cheese, garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
- Dip the chicken in the butter, then in the cracker mixture, pressing gently to help the crackers adhere. Place the chicken in a Stoneware baking dish.
- Sprinkle any remaining cracker mixture on the chicken an drizzle with any remaining butter. Bake until the chicken is golden brown, 25-30 minutes (or longer depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts)
