Baked Pimento Cheese

This is Lois' recipe, but we all prepare it often. Once you try it, you'll make it over and over again.

1 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. finely grated onion (optional - we normally don't include this, but HEY - do what you want)
1/4 t. ground red pepper
1 (8 oz.) block extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) block sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Garnish: chopped parsley

Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cheeses. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart or 11 X 7-inch baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until dip is golden and bubbly. Garnish, if desired. Serve with Crackers.
