Bruschetta

This recipe is always prepared and served as an appetizer in Titina's cooking classes at Capri Flavors. I have taken a class there a few times and it's so much fun! . -Claire

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Cut Cibatti bread down the center and then each piece in half (where each piece will have a crusty bottom). Bake until a little crispy.

Combine a few chopped tomatoes (plum or roma work well), 3 cloves fresh garlic, chopped, 1 pinch dried oregano, lots of olive oil.

Place 1 spoon of tomato mixture, then 1 spoon of oil on each piece of spread. Serve and enjoy!
