Chapel Hill Chicken

Found this recipe in a cookbook created by the women at Morris Chapel United Methodist, where our Grandma Pollie is a member. Don't know why it's called Chapel Hill Chicken...................my son, Adam, is at NC State and he LOVES it! I can't wait to make it for him while he is home for Christmas break! Enjoy! -Lois

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
½ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
6 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
2 cups herbed stuffing mix
1 stick margarine, melted

Mix Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, salt, and lemon juice. Dip chicken breast into sour cream mixture and then dredge in stuffing mix. Arrange in a greased casserole dish and drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour. Even if you aren't a Tar Heel fan, this is delicious!
