Clam Chowder


This is David's cousin Sheila's recipe and it's awesome if you prefer a lighter version of this classic! -Claire

2 c. potatoes
½ c. onion
½ c. chopped celery
2 c. water
3 can minced clams, a little water to rinse out can
1 can Snow’s Clam Chowder
S & P

Put potatoes, onion, celery, water in a pan. Cook until potatoes are tender, add clams and snows, s & p, simmer for awhile.
