Coconut Lush

Quick to make, light, and just plain good.

1 package Shortbread Pecan Sandies cookies
2 small pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz) container cool whip
coconut flakes

Crumble cookies finely; add 3 T. water. Mix well. Form a crust in a 13 X 9 dish. Prepare pudding according to box directions; spread on top of crust. Spread cool whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle desired amount of coconut flakes on top. Refrigerate.
