Saute fresh crab meat in a little butter, salt and a little old bay seasoning. Get Alouette or any other garlic and herbs cheese spread. Add some of the spread to the crab. Mix. stuff the shrooms. drizzles the pan with a little olive oil. put a blob of parmesan on top of the shrooms and bake at 375 until the juices of the shrooms have released and everything is bubbly.
