Crispy Parmesan Chicken Strips

Fast, easy, kids love it! -Claire

1 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
1 1/2 ounces (1/3 cup) fresh Parmesan cheese grated
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
2 egg whites
1 T. water
1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves cut into strips
Ranch dressing

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Crush croutons, add Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic salt to them. Whisk egg whites and water in separate boil. Dip chicken strips in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture to coat evenly. Place on Baking Stone, bake 14-16 minutes or until done. Serve with Ranch dressing.
