Crockpot Meatballs for Sandwiches or Pasta

Here's a very easy way to prepare meatballs and sauce for subs or pasta with minimal prep time and then let the crock pot do the rest! It's always a hit and I often plan to have leftovers serving with subs one night and with pasta another. Adjust your quantities as needed for the crowd. Enjoy! -Claire

24 frozen cooked Italian-style meatballs (I use butterball turkey meatballs)
1 26 oz. jar Ragu Chunky Garden super chunky mushroom pasta sauce (or your favorite)
1 (16 oz.) can Italian-style tomato sauce
1 (5.5 oz.) can spicy V-8 tomato juice

hoagie rolls and mozzarella cheese OR pasta of choice

Combine meatballs and sauce ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 1 hour. Reduce heat to LOW and cook 4 1/2-5 hours or until slightly thickened.
Makes 6 servings
