Crunchy Baked Chicken

This is easy and my family enjoyed it very much! I recommend! -Claire

Ingredients
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 can (2.8 oz. french-friend onions, crushed
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1 broiler/fryer chicken (3-4 pounds), cut up (I used thinly sliced chicken breasts instead)
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

In a shallow bowl, whisk egg and milk. In another shallow bowl, combine the onions, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then roll in onion mixture.

Place in a greased baking dish (I recommend stoneware). Drizzle with butter. Bake, uncovered 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear. (or less time if you use thinly sliced or boneless pounded chicken breasts)
