Italian Pasta Skillet

I made this recipe for dinner tonight for the first time and it was a hit! I served it with a salad and garlic bread. It's fast, easy, and yummy! Give it a try! -Claire

20 oz. Italian turkey sausage, removed from casings
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, undrained
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce (no salt added)
1 1/2 cups water
8 oz. farfalle pasta, uncooked
1 pkg. (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

1. Cook sausage in large skillet sprayed with Pam until crumbled; drain.

2. Add next 4 ingredients; bring to a boil. Simmer covered 15 min. or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

3. Stir in spinach until wilted; sprinkle with cheese.
