Jacob's pizza

We love pizza in our family! Here's Jacob's creation! He actually made 3 pizzas to feed our hungry family. Here's the recipe for 1.

1 roll pizza dough (we used Trader Joe's but you could use a crust mix, following directions)
4 oz. tomato sauce
oregano and garlic powder to taste
cheese (he used mozzarella, Colby jack and Parmesan-choose your favorites)
toppings of choice (tonight's choices were pepperoni, cooked and crumbled Italian sausage, mushrooms)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Allow dough to come to room temperature. Lightly oil stoneware baking stone, spread crust out to edges using Pizza Dough Roller. Add seasonings to sauce and spread sauce almost to edge of crust. Add cheese, then additional toppings.

Bake for about 16 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven and let sit for about 5 minutes, loosen pizza from stone with spatula, cool a few more minutes. Serve! YUMMMM!!!!!!
