Mediterranean Chicken Pasta

This recipe came from a friend back in 2005. It is delicious!!

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in cubes)
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 t. dried oregano
2 t. dried basil
6 sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil, thinly sliced)
3/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
1 to 1 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 jar artichoke hearts (not marinated - cut into bite sized pieces)

Brown the chicken. Add everything else except feta cheese and whipping cream. Saute for a couple of minutes. Add the feta cheese. Add the cream. (use as much as needed to get a good consistency...not too runny, not too thick). Simmer for approximately 2 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
